You are cordially invited to a social involving the Physics and Astronomy faculty,
the Society of Physics Students, and the following classes: The annual Student-Faculty Social is scheduled for Thursday, September 21th from 4:00 to 5:15 PM in room 334 of the Science Building. There will be free pizza, free engineering pads, random drawings for other prizes, and a friendly team competition.

Fall Career DayThe Career Services staff invites you and your students to attend Fall Career Day on Wednesday, September 27th from 1:00-4:00 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom of the University Center. You may now view the current list of companies registered to attend this event online ~ thus eliminating the need for weekly mail outs. The online service provides information about the companies as well as available career and internship opportunities for SFA students and alumni. To see what companies and organizations are visiting our campus, follow the steps listed below:1. Go to www.monstertrak.com
On-Campus Interviews Students and alumni who are interested in signing up for on-campus interviews must register with MonsterTrak creating their own username and password in order to upload their resume into the system. To view the list of companies registered for on-campus interviews, follow the same steps as above selecting “InterviewTrak” for step 6. For the date range, enter current date as beginning date and 12/31/06 as the ending date. If you have any questions about Fall Career Day, MonsterTrak, or on-campus interviews, please contact Career Services.
